Shipping policy
Dispatch & Handling
Orders are typically processed and dispatched within 1–2 business days of payment being confirmed. Orders placed on weekends or UK bank holidays will be dispatched the next working day.
Delivery Options & Timeframes
We ship all orders via Royal Mail.
- Standard Shipping (£3.29) – Estimated delivery 3–5 business days
- Express Shipping (£5.79) – Estimated delivery 1–2 business days
- Free Standard Shipping – Available on all orders over £15
Tracking
Where tracking is available, you'll receive a tracking number by email once your order has been dispatched. You can use this to monitor your delivery via the Royal Mail website.
Delays & Lost Parcels
While we do our best to ensure timely delivery, occasional delays can occur due to high postal volumes or circumstances outside our control. If your order hasn't arrived within 10 business days of dispatch, please contact us and we'll investigate with Royal Mail on your behalf. Lost parcels will be replaced or refunded in line with Royal Mail's claims process.
